rear ended a car on a left turn?A car (car 1) was in front of me (car 2) at a red light, left turn only lane. Both of our car was completely stop. Lights turn green and both of us proceeded. Oncoming traffic was a red light. Car 1 was making a left turn, a car (car 3) ran a red light from oncoming traffic…
